CANCELLATION POLICIES #CLADEA2022

A. The cancellation of the registration to #CLADEA2022 must be made by the person who registered, through a request addressed to the email pastete@cladea.org with a copy to info@cladea.org

B. Return fees are as follows:

  1. Cancellation request received before August 15, 2022, 70% of the registration fee will be refunded, except for administrative expenses of USD 50.00.
  2. Cancellation request received after August 15 until September 30, 2022, 40% of the registration fee will be refunded, except for administrative expenses of USD 50.00.
  3. Cancellations from October 1, including the day of the event, will not have the right to a refund.

C. Refunds will be made within twenty (20) business days after the end of #CLADEA2022, by bank transfer to the name of the person who made the registration and cancellation request.
