This talk will focus on ethics and corporate social responsibility in governance, business, and the role of higher education. It is imperative that institutions of higher education work on the mandate to develop new ethical leaders for both the public and private sectors. This talk will provide the basis for ethics and leaders.

This presentation reviews the functional skills and the connection of relationships between the outcomes of higher education. Also, it offers a new perspectives on “problem solving”.
