HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN A DOCTORAL COLLOQUIUM?

DOCTORAL COLLOQUIUM 2025

We cordially invite students of doctoral programs to participate in the XXIII CLADEA Doctoral Colloquium, which will be held in person from September 29th 2025.

The CLADEA Doctoral Colloquium is a space where students of a doctoral program have the opportunity to present their proposals in order to obtain rigorous and detailed feedback from professors and researchers who are experts in different areas of research, generate relationships and contact with other students and colleagues, as well as enrich their study processes by discussing the problems, objectives, methods and results of their research.

By participating in this event, doctoral students will also be able to obtain guidelines on how to publish articles in prestigious journals, as well as academic publications. In addition, doctoral students and researchers will also have the opportunity to network at an international level with colleagues who have an affinity for similar topics.

To date, more than 20 editions of the CLADEA Doctoral Colloquium have been held in 19 different countries, distributed among Latin America, the United States and Spain.

The doctoral projects presented will not be included in the proceedings of the event.

The Executive Headquarters of the Latin American Council of Business Schools CLADEA, within the framework of the organization of the International Congress to be held in Mexico and the United States of America, deems it necessary to clarify the following terms regarding immigration and travel logistics aspects for participants.

1. Individual responsibility in immigration procedures

1.1. CLADEA has no influence on or participation in the migration processes that each country requires for international entry or transit.

1.2. The participant accepts that he or she is solely responsible for managing the immigration procedures required for his or her travel, including, but not limited to:

  • Applying for and obtaining visas
  • Consular or electronic permits
  • Entry and exit documentation
