The goal of the affinity group, created in conjunction with the Humanistic Leadership Academy, is to drive the transformation of business education to develop humanistic leaders who respect individual dignity, demonstrate the courage to care for others, and work for the shared well-being of a healthy planet. We seek to create an environment in which business schools and their communities promote educational practices that serve all of humanity. Specific Objectives:
Promote Humanistic Leadership in Business Education: Encourage the implementation of pedagogical and curricular approaches that integrate the principles of humanistic leadership, emphasizing respect for individual dignity, empathy, and social responsibility in the training of future business leaders. Facilitate Global Collaboration among Academic Institutions: Create an international collaboration network that allows business schools to share best practices, educational resources, and experiences in the training of leaders who work for the shared well-being and sustainability of the planet. Participate in Meta-networks that connect key stakeholders in business education to foster humanistic leadership and sustainable development. Develop Initiatives for the Common Good: Promote joint projects and activities that have a tangible impact on local and global communities, aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and that seek a balance between business success and social well-being. Measuring and Evaluating the Impact of Humanistic Leadership: Establish metrics and methodologies to assess the impact of educational initiatives on the development of humanistic leaders, ensuring that the practices adopted effectively contribute to serving all of humanity and to the sustainability of the planet.
