More than 500 academics, among deans, directors and professors of institutions and universities from Latin America, North America, Europe and Oceania participated in the 49th International Congress of CLADEA, held from September 03-05 in Barcelona, Spain. The host institution of the event was Esade Business School.
The encounter denominated: “Leading in a global world, Latin America and Europe, new connections”, summoned representatives from the business, government and research communities, such as: Xavier Trias, Mayor of Barcelona (City Hall of Barcelona); Eugènia Bieto, General Director of ESADE; Roberto Solano, President of Cladea; Della Bradshaw, Business Education Editor of the Financial Times; Elsa del Castillo, President Elect of CLADEA; Jaume Guardiola, CEO of Banco Sabadell; José Manuel Gonzalez, General Director of BIMBO Ibérica, among other important panelists and exhibitors who shared their experiences with the attendees.
During the event, the reality of Latin America and its connections with Europe were analyzed, for the purpose of promoting projects oriented towards the search for new growth technologies for the region.
